About Me
I have been working as a journalist for over a decade. As a freelance reporter, I have written for *El País*, UOL, and other media outlets from Brazil, Spain, and the Netherlands.
I am a multidisciplinary professional who has covered topics ranging from Ukrainian refugees to allegations of racism involving soccer player Vinicius Junior. I have also interviewed former Latin American presidents and Nobel Peace Prize laureates.
From 2019 to 2020, I was part of the journalism team at porCausa, an organization specializing in migration research, where I honed my creativity to craft new narratives countering hate speech. My work was published in various Spanish media outlets, such as La Marea and Público.
Additionally, I earned a Master’s degree in International Journalism from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, where I took courses in SEO positioning, fact-checking, online writing, and website development, among others.
Having lived in several countries, I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese—my native language. This has allowed me to work with diverse teams and adapt my content to different platforms and audiences.
Above all, the ability to communicate with thousands of people worldwide and learn from them is my greatest passion. For this reason, I am always eager to learn new ways to achieve this, whether through professional colleagues or the subjects of my reports.
Each life is a story that deserves to be told. All of them.
